Balbala's Barya Drop Issue

Hey its a rather convoluted situation but end of story , I Portaled back to town after beating Balbala because my bag was full and couldn't loot her Barya. I went back to get it but it was gone. I beat her again and she didn't drop it. I know it's probably my fault but .. do I need to create a new character? I've beaten her on other characters this was an issue on my Ranger. Thank you.

I encountered the same problem. Now the character cannot get four ascend points.

I was an idiot, and used my act2 Ascent to Power drop Barya, by going back to act 1 and putting the token in there. Now my Ascent to Power quest is stuck at "search traitors passage", killing Balbala doesn't advance it and she will not drop another barya for me.
Is there ANY way to recover the ascendancy barya? |
