Rare Monster unreachable.

So.......am i missing something here or is this room i can see and im rubbing my face against with the rare mob in it unreachable cause it seems a little odd to just have a completely unconnected room XD

I also have a rare monster in the Oasis spawning in an unreachable location. It appears to be in a corner where I suspect a checkpoint would be as well.
