PoE2 - Ignagduk is not giving me completion on second time killing her

I happened to finish the campaign before I realized I didn't have her killed in normal or cruel, so I went and did it, normal gave me the quest item and spirit, but the cruel one did not and still isn't on the second kill.

EDIT: It could be that I already did it as well and it's not updating the icon.

same for me i did killed her like 10 times, and i cant finish quest

Bugged for me too; however I killed her first in Cruel (+40 spirit successfully), but Ignagduk in regular Act 3 is not dropping anything for the +30 spirit.

Кто-то решил эту проблему? Т.е если пропустил Игнадук на 3 акте и первый раз не убил, то 30 духа так и не получить? Даже если в 6 акте ее убивать несколько раз

Refunding Beidat`s Will and gear off 70 Spirit remain...

Make sure you are killing her on cruel, sometimes if you port out of the area and go back you click on normal not cruel, I've done this before with the wolf lol

Mistakes have been made.
I found him Act3...
+30 spirits

I ran through my unfinished quests to be precise, which did not have X on.
Could not finish/or they still didn't get X on map.
