The atlas does not work, there is no access to the guild hideout/Атлас и Гильдейская хата

A problem has arisen. I was planning to play on a character from the crucible league (Currently he is in standard). I’m trying to go to the map in the atlas and it throws me into the main menu. I also can’t get into the Guild hideout of which I am the leader. It says I need to complete the task in Act 2 Elena when it has long passed.

Возникла проблема. Я планировал играть за персонажа из лиги Crusible (сейчас он в стандарте). Пытаюсь зайти на карту в атласе и меня выкидывает в главное меню. Я также не могу попасть в убежище Гильдии, лидером которой являюсь. Там написано, что мне нужно выполнить задание Елены в Акте 2, когда оно уже давно пройдено.
