Краш игры Форма демона / HELP BUG DEMON FORM

В асенденси есть нод на форму демона. И когда я нажал на форму демона у меня вылетела игра. Последующие попытки зайти на персонажа заканчивались вылетами игры. С другими персонажами всё нормально, ничего не вылетает.

Помогите пожалуйста =(

В сапорте не отвечают.

I played on a witch with minion skills. I decided to transfer to Hex Blast. I bought all the clothes, all the gems and pumped the tree. There is a node in ascendancy for the form of a demon. And when I clicked on the form of the demon, the game crashed. Subsequent attempts to access the character ended with game crashes. Everything is fine with the other characters, nothing crashes.
