Monk power charges generation issue when in team

When playing my monk together with my sorcerer teammate, my frenzy/power charges are nearly impossible to get, when solo no problem.

I feel completely weak when in team as missing indispensable power, feels like the spread of the sorcerer interacts with my power generation and nerfs it terribly, anyone has the same?

Yeah man. I think it's a bug. I also experience the same things when I team up my early level friend who also play monk.

Yep, I've got the exact same issue, when I'm playing with a friend, and I'm downcscaled, no power charges. When he teleports back to town, they come back. It's some bug in the downscaling
