Simulacrum IS BUGED

My Boss just jumpted out, and i cant finished simulacrum......

Same issue here.Boss spawned in a neighbouring room, jumped to yet another inaccessable room and is occationally moving around.

Edit: believe it may have happened as the invulnerable mobs pushed me towards/into a wall, as the boss initially spawned on the other side of that wall.

same, Kosis is chilling somewhere on the map, but not where I am, bricked map
