Unexpected disconnect very often

Around 50% (or more) of the times I try to go to town, be it walking in, waypoint, to scroll, my game exits to the title screen with an unexpected disconnect. I’m on the Amsterdam eu server on ps5. It’s gotten to the the point where I don’t even bother playing anymore it’s so frustrating.
