Invulnerable rare "corpse"

After killing a rare in the Sun Temple map, it did not die completelly - the map icon remained and its corpse continued to pursue and attack me. Hovever, its model became the "corpse" one, health bar disappeared and it became invulnerable to any damage.

Because of it, my map could not be completed and therefore failed.

i had the same thing happen to me today. First time since release, strange, since there was no patches.

Same exact thing, but in vaal factory.
