[QoL] Loot filter

Please provide console players with some basic set lootfilters like we had on poe1

We are missing out on QoL that pc does have.

Please release the console API or provide us with a basic lootfilter or 5 sets

Basic
Mid
Strict
Very strict
High end

Neversink said API can take a Couple of weeks up to a couple of months. Big bummer
