Heroic Tragedy + Gemling Legionnaire's Enhanced Effectiveness

The Keystones from the "Heroic Tragedy Timeless Jewel" state that your inherent bonuses from stats are being changed, however Gemling Legionnaire's ascendancy notable "Enhanced Effectiveness" (Inherent bonuses from stats are doubled) has no effect on the new stats once you take a Keystone.

I have to assume this is a bug, if it is intended it would be nice to get some clarification, and perhaps have the wording changed since it clearly implies it should work.

EDIT: the timeless jewels (at least, the Vorana one) also break travel nodes in their radius, they still say "Strength" at the top, but the blue text reverts to "+5 to any Attribute" and does not grant you any attributes at all.

BUMP: hoping GGG are back in the office today and I also noticed that the jewels are even more bugged than I thought. Edited main post with details.

It was to hard to change a value of 1% -> 2% for 0.1.. patch it seems

+1 Confirmed. Vorana's jewel has the same effect with and without "enhanced effiveness". I hope they fix it soon.

Never go fix, because legionarie SAYS "INHERENT" because it u never go get double bonus for heroic tragedy because his NOT A INHERENT it is a bonus from another source and not from STR itself
