Explosive Concoction + attack area damage

Based on the wording of Explosive Concoction it seems like it should be affected by attack area damage and aoe for attacks, but the entire Authority/Crushing Judgment cluster does nothing for, at the very least, Explosive Concoction. Every other node I've grabbed with damage/ele damage for attacks works, it just seems to be this 1 cluster that's not doing anything for it.

Just came to say this. Hopefully it gets fixed.
