Major Bug With My Account

I've been dealing with a bug since I started playing. I can't trade at all, I'll hit the direct whisper to pm someone in game and a message will come up saying invalid query. I also never got my twitch drops, portal or chimera pet, despite being connected and claimed. I emailed you guys about this five days ago and have yet to hear anything back. I'd really like to get this fixed soon so I can actually participate in the economy of this game and not feel so left out.
