Game crashes AFTER Trialmaster defeated - Can't get 4th Ascendancy

During 2 different Trialmaster fights I had two crashes happening.
The first during the fight and the second one AFTER I defeated the boss. It was some texture error.

After restarting the game, I was at the entrance of Ultimatum and locked out of getting the the 4th Ascendancy. This is really, really frustrating and I don't know, if I am willing to do it again a third time...

Please let us at least re-enter the fight during or after we defeated the Trialmaster. Same goes for last boss of the Trial of Sekhemas.

Just had that one.

DX12 Asset loading error about an armour piece. Froze crashed, did not let me get back to the room, haven't got back to the door but I assume it burned my key. Unlucky.
