Playstation's founder pack re-purchase question

Hi, I've purchased PoE2 founder pack 30$ on Playstation website. Now I want another 300 coin, my qeustion is if I purchase another 30$ pack on Playstation website again which got me 300 coin + early access key, can I redeem that coin to my PS5 account and redeem another early access key to my steam instead (because I already have a game on PS5)?

iirc the early access keys only work for the platform they have been purchased on
