Book of knowledge disappeared

The book of knowledge was lost after i clicked Doryani to finish the first waystone quest .. my inventory was full by the time and therefor i couldn’t hold it. I didnt recieve the two atlas point nor the book..

This also happen to me. What should i do, my inventory currently full of item but i cannot find my book of knowledge.

" Talk to him again? should be your highlighted quest on the left and he should regive the item to you. |

Anything here GGG? I’ve done the t4 breech boss like 6 times and he will not drop the book for my 7th and 8 points.
