Breach Splinters not displaying/dropping

Hello,

Since I created and got 2nd character to Maps - Breach Splinters do not display/drop on either character.

This happens with and without Loot Filters

This happens on both stand-alone and Steam Client.

I found I am able to get breach splinters to display if I use the steam client and verify game files (it will show for a single breach only, then I must repeat the verify game files).

Edit: you can remove this post - They only seem to be dropping from T11+ maps

I genuinely thought my game was busted!!!!

Im only at T10 maps, i have 6 more to clear the quest!

I only just read about these "Breach Splinters"....theres also some "Delirium ******" drops that ive not seen neither yet. Im gonna assume the Delirium fragments (or whatever they're called) are gonna drop after T11 too!
