Small sliver of screen missing on bottom & sides

Im on xbox series X . As the title says small sliver of screen missing from all sides . Its not a settings problem , its not my tv . This problem is only in game title screen is fine . As soon as i load in . When ever there is a u/i that tell me to accept or decline for example at the bottom of screen it is cut off . Helpp im reinstalling now to see if that fixes problem
