Jewel permanently stuck in jewel socket

I have a jewel that cannot be removed from the jewel socket. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, restoring license, using a different jewel, along with a slew of other things. It's essentially bricked my character completely, as I just refunded my entire tree before trying to remove.

Please help!!!
