Character gone!

I already messaged support but received no response. My character is gone from my PS account. When I launch the game it just goes to character creation and I can't choose my Warrior (he was around level 60).

This is a big annoyance, I pretty much can't play the game. I shared more details in the support ticket.

Do you have sub accounts? Is it just showing the wrong sub account when you start it up?
