+1 skill slot when unequipping ring

If you use a +1 to skill slot ring, and put a skill in that slot. When you change out the ring, it doesn't change anything in the UI except that the ability that is in that slot is unusable. If you take the gem out, the skill slot goes away from the list. This is really unintuitive.
Please add some indicator or automatically remove the skill gems from the slot when the slot is removed.

For active skills at least, the skill goes dark in the skill area at the bottom right. I would suggest that some kind of red X or w/e show on there, with a tooltip "skill disabled because it overflows maximum gem slots" or something.

This won't help if you have a Buff socketed in the disabled last slot, but it's a start.

There could be a popup/toast on-screen when a skill gets disabled. You unequip Unset Ring = toast "Time of Need disabled".
