POE 2 PING ISSUES

Sometimes my maps laggs, freeze and etc. but sometimes its ok. its like 2/10 of my maps glitching, freeze. I checked in game latency in most maps its 60-80ms, but some maps from the start are 180ms and higher(1000+ms and game freezes). I checked my network in other games(no issues), i checked if something downloading in background (no).
How do i fix this? Its like playing roulette maybe i will get good map with good PING, or i get a map where i have bad PING.

Some people have had bad experience with certain gateways. Try swapping your gateway if your issue is consistent. I have a friend who saw dramatic improvement swapping from Canada East to Washington DC for example.

If you have intermittent lag spikes, me too. There was a network mode option in PoE1 which hasn't been introduced into the game yet. I also suspect some actual net-code issues because I have always had intermittent lag spikes with the game, and by intermittent I mean once every 5 minutes or so my ping will shoot up by about 170ms for about 5 seconds, and I also experience no issues with any other games besides PoE1.

Same issue. Massive network latency spikes to a few hundred to thousands of ms every few seconds. This only started about a week or so ago, but now the game is unplayable...

Being from NZ, I NEED The Predictive mode. Waiting half a second for the game to react to my button presses is unbarable. GGG also being from NZ They would know this is bad. This shows me that GGG do not play or test thier own BS.

I have same problem. Usually ms is like 40-45 ms, but like every 5-7 map is like 120-140 ms and it is so frustrating... If im in my hideout its ok, but when i go back in the map, then its like 140...

I died three times in a row last night after they were having trouble updating teh servers. Id go into a juiced map and lag like hell. Even in parties in my own country, the game was dropped frames like mad and freezing, then the game would freeze up completely while it was trying to get a stable connection and then get a "YOU ARE DEAD" message pop up while its frozen. Loosing 30% is a game killer when you're level 92. That took me a whole week to get that much XP and then loose it all in 3 bad maps.
