Need clarity/rewording on the Omen of Whittling Item Description

Hi GGG,

Being a new player to POE, I think your guys' wording on the Omen of Whittling needs to be changed.

I just bricked an insane Expert DualString Bow because I'd assumed the Omen of Whittling got rid of the LOWEST TIER modifier. As someone who has never played POE before, I find that the wording "Lowest Level Modifier" would make most new players assume TIERS and is very misleading.

Please take this into consideration.
