The game crashes when opening the skill tree! HELP PLEASE POE 2

Hello everyone. It was a great game. but today I purchased spoiled unique diamonds and inserted them into the skill tree, and then built points without connection. I completed 5-6 maps and the game crashed. Now when I open the talent tree, the game crashes without errors. I tried different options, even with client recovery, but it didn’t help. Please help me how to fix this problem.

I've been suffering for 3 days. I couldn’t help but change the points; in general, when I opened it, it immediately crashed. I played for a month and everything was great! It all started when I installed stones with a radius in the tree :(


Всем привет. Отличная игра получилась. но сегодня я приобрёл испорченные уникальные алмазы и вставил в дерево умений, а затем построил поинты без связи. Прошел карт 5-6 и игра вылетела. Теперь у меня при открытии дерева талантов игра вылетает без ошибок. Пробовал разные варианты даже с восстановлением клиента, но не помогло. Прошу вас помочь, как устранить эту проблему. 3 дня мучаюсь.. не могу изменить ни поинты ничего :( при попытки открыть дерево талантов сразу вылет. на других персонажах открывается(

Сапорт не отвечает !!!!

I haven't been able to use the talent tree on my main character for three days. After inserting unique stones (radius) into the tree nests. Now, when I try to open the talent tree, the game simply crashes. I tried everything, every possible option, but nothing helps. I’m level 95 and I don’t want to start a new one, but it’s terrible to play with the old ones without any talent. please help me solve the problems. Три дня не могу пользоваться деревом талантов на основном персонаже. После того как вставил в него уникальные камни (радиус) в гнёзда дерева. Теперь при попытке открыть дерево талантов просто вылетает игра. Я пробовал всё, все варианты возможные но ничего не помогает. У меня 95 уровень и не хочу начинать нового, но и старым играть без дерва талантов ужас. прошу помочь мне решить проблемы. писал на форум и в службу поддержки но не отвечают
