Where's my effing loot

So I'm a decent bit into end game (lvl 88,tier 15) and I've had one single divine orb drop on me. In fact, I've had nothing of value so far - I had ONE Greater jeweller's orb, no Perfects. And I'm not exactly being showered in Exalts either. I'm boosting maps/towers as much as I can (80-100%) but it's all been for nothing. All those numbers seemingly go towards dropping Uniques that are laughably useless and despiriting. Just came out of 8 hrs of grinding without any results whatsoever and so I can't meaningfully upgrade my build. It's seriously depressing and I'm considering quitting. I lean more casual in my approach but my commitment hasn't been lacking. So where's my goddang loot?

You aren't entitled to anything, divine orbs are rare until you're really juicing.
You don't have to have a 6l, especially since they make mana really annoying.

You should adjust your expectations. Farm breach and sell breachstones, farm ritual and sell the boss key, farm deli and sell catalysts/simulacrums.

They're all easy money once you get your foot in the door on your atlas. Yes, there is an early hurdle to climb, much like the 4 voidstone goal you needed at league start to really pop off. Thats part of any good arpg though. (notd4causebad)
Juicing and crafting needs solid economy. 2-3 divines in 60 hrs of gameplay to build said economy isn't asking too much or me being "entitled".
It's fine to gatekeep and state the obvious but maybe do it in a thread where the point isn't to get genuine player feedback.
It's total RNG, dude.

I had waystones that got me 10 or more waystones, I got others that didn't drop a single one. I had waystones that resulted in 6 or more exalts, some don't even drop a regal.

One of the greater jeweller's I found dropped from a white T7 tower run.

That being said; Yes, loot should be better, especially in higher tier maps.

I'm not gatekeeping. Lets take a walk down memory lane. Does everyone remember d4 pre patch? It was actually pretty good. Does everyone remember how blizzard let the community be an armchair dev? does everyone remember how horrible that turned out?

stuff like 1 portal maps and bosses is annoying. Currency drop rates aren't a problem. If you increase them the blasters will only get more then it inflates the price of all items as well.

Fyi, lvl 88 and 1 divine isn't bad. Stop watching youtube clips of people that play 20 hours a day then clip their 30s frame of them finding 2-3 divines.

Read this carefully, in 1 line it says players want skill based outcomes. In another it suggests deaths should be less punishing on bosses.

People arent asking for anything to be skill based, they're asking it to be easier while trying to put it off as they want it skill based.
Thanks for your inputs. Regarding my own inputs, I think it's important to reward time spent in the game by actually moving you closer to your goal, my goal being able to buy that crazy wand for 1 Divine orb in trade f.e. I'm new to this games' depth and I'm actively trying to play the game as I find it. I don't partake in build guides, I don't watch farming strategies, I don't want the formula-based tracks being laid for me as I go. GGG made promises for welcoming new players and making the progression more organic and so far they've done a good job. However, if new players find themselves not achieving the goals they set up and have no real in-game answers as to why, the frustration can be overwhelming. "But I added all these stats to my maps, why am I not getting the divine orbs the game dangles in my face". Sure, there are excel sheets explaining what you need to do specifically to "farm" correctly but those sheets won't be read. Players will instead stop playing. The goal based progression needs to be more organic in order to house new players who take more time learning all the systems and strategies. Personally, I've been thinking: "Oh I can plow through these breaches once I stop dying and my build is stronger, just need to find some Divines to buy those items I want". The progression and sense of reward being directly tied to those strategies will be a huge problem for new players to overcome.
Two sidenotes:

1. I don't want this game handled like Blizzard handles Diablo 4 and I do want loot to be scarce and RNG-based. A solution to my problem could simply be having Ketzuli giving you one Divine orb for completing Tier 15 on your first playthrough - player gets a lore based power boost, no RNG tweaking needed.

2. I wouldn't be having these issues if trading wasn't such a huge factor in my playthrough. The system is great and is implemented well but I think it opens up dangerous avenues for new players who engage with it. Greed is hella fun but greed can also lead to them thinking that true late game items and economies are right around the corner - without even knowing how to achieve such levels. I think trading should be a "second playthrough feature" where players can only engage with it once they have more exposure to the game and it's systems. And this for one key reason: new people buy "expensive" items a lot in the beginning but receive no real value from it (seeing long-term and with how the market fluctuates). Living example right here.
I had my first div drop on in Utzaal normal, it's a pretty random occurance. I think loot/currency drops are two different things, the items that drop over all in game are pretty trash. Ya know level 3 uniques off end game maps/bosses.. I think being able to mirror the same item multiple times is bad for the game too and turned Poe1 into a place where guys like Jenubu run a website where people pay him to mirror items by buying currency off his other website etc. I kinda digged the old WoW soul bound model for rare as items - either wear it or sell it and then real good players had really good items and you didnt see 50 people with the same uber crafted rare. 2 cents~ Currency drops have seen multiple leagues in Poe1 need fixing due to people exploiting things before others notice and it'll be the same here too eventually, hah
