BlackFlame Ring + Dark Effigy does not work

BlackFlame Ring causes ignites to deal chaos Damage over time. Ignites triggered with this ring do not trigger Dark Effigys attacks with vile infusion.
Ive tested this with the burning inscription support gem and ive tested it with the radiant grief unique helmet. Even though the ring converts the fire damage over time to chaos, supposedly, dark effigy does not recognize the new chaos dot Last bumped9 февр. 2025 г., 9:45:29

" Ignite does not deal chaos damage, it is not a conversion. It still deals fire damage and is still a fire damage over time debuff and cannot be changed by modifiers to chaos damage, but enemies take this fire damage as chaos. |
