Jewel disappeared when trying to slot into passive tree

Hi,

As the titled stated, I was trying to slot a emerald jewel into my passive tree but somehow the item just disappeared and I can't find it anywhere. Tried restarting the game didn't help at all.

My reference number is: 4033454106

Same just happened to me just now. Just payed 70 exalts to have it disappered after I substituted a emerald in my passive tree.

Just an update to this thread.

Apparently it didn't actually disappeared but somehow got slotted into the opposite side of jewel slot. Hit me by surprise when I found this out. I'm not sure what happens if the opposite slow wasn't open as I wouldn't want to test this out. It went from the bottom most slot (the one near jack of all trade)
to the most top slot.
