Audience with the king

Hello,
I just tired the "Audience with the king" and after the maze, the tree form was bugged behind a platform...
Could i be refunded from my compo and try it an other time ? Is the problem known ?

It just happened to me now.
All those effort doing ritual maps all for nothing.

I got the same issue where the boss was on the platform and it got bugged so i couldnt finish it so i lost 8 devines :(
