I don't know where to go CHARACTER RESTORATION/DELETED

I'm not sure where to go with this issue

My characters on poe2 were deleted on accident
I think my 4 year old got onto poe2 on my ps5 and delete my level 29 or 30 sorc

Please can anyone direct me so that I might have a chance to bring my character back to life??

Create new character and put the 4 year old to work
