# to Level of all Cold Spell Skills is not being applied playing with controller in PoE2

I noticed a bug in the game. I have the attribute on my wand of # to Level of all Cold Spell Skills with 4 levels. When I play Poe2 with the controller, the level of my cold gems are not being affected by this modifier and the damage shown in the skill is lower the expected. When I change to keyboard and mouse mode, the game applies the attributes normally. I'm not sure if it's just a visual bug or if my attributes are actually being affected when playing with the controller.
