Bog Witch completion

Hi,
I have kill multiple time the bog witch in act 3 cruel, but on my wolrd map show it wasn't complete. after the patch, i kill her one more time but no more effect. bump, also experiencing this.

Also experiencing this issue. I have also killed this boss on multiple occasions. This is really affecting the build I am doing since it requires all of the the spirit from campaign.

Yes, I have 100 spirit without stuff and passive.
