[3.824.063.544] Organised forces is not applying correctly

The atlas passive node "Organised Forces" that causes areas with map bosses to also be Irradiated is not applying correctly, it only shows a visual indicator on the atlas overview but does not show the Irradiated icon after selecting a node nor does it change the area level after using a waystone.

Additionally, the node is not applying when used in combination with Overseer Precursor tablets.

Edit; after discussing with other players this seems related to using Overseer tablets at least once, the node stopped working globally after applying one.
