Ritual tablets disabled?

Not sure if it is already reported, but started doing rituals, and I can't get any tablets.
Ritual tablets only drop from natural ritual map which we have very little.
Maps which I made to have rituals with a tablet- never got a tablet in these.

Is that intended? Because doing breach for weeks you get a tone of tablets to the point I only pick up 10 map ones
