Stone Citadel Bug

Finished stone citadel, boss is dead, zero monsters remaining and it shows the map as in progress. If I go to another map it says map failed.

I have a same problem, I killed the boss (got the fragment) and I think all rare monsters (it shouldn't matter, should it?), but the map is failed and blocking my path in atlas.

This happened to me as well. O monsters remaining, Boss dead and looted. The game registered the quest completion for the Stone Citadel, just not the map completion.

Same here.. boss dead.. 0 monsters.. map failed

This map can't be completed, the fragment was received, all rares vanished.
Also i have a breach added but is nowhere to be found, quite buggy. |

Boss killed but there is rare running around without HP bar and can't be targeted .. unable to complete
