Can't connect to my map that is a Citadel in PoE 2 :/

I opened a map at the Copper Citadel and when I click to enter on the portal, my game try to connect and after a bit my character disconnects and the Log In screen appears to me with a message: "Failed to connect to instance".

Already 2 Citadels in a row that i cannot connect the map and show "Failed Instancy".
Lots of effort to get to the Citadel to get the map failed because it doesn't connect. Frustrating to say the least |
