Decay map unable to finish ??

For some reason I'm unable to get to a part of the map that contains one of the rare bosses for the Decay map on one of the instances I've run. It's on another island, but I cannot seem to 'reach' it even though I've checked the entire map to see if there's a way to access. Not sure if others have encountered this with the Decay map.
