Ingenuity Heavy Belt dissapeared out of stash (POE2)

I bought an ingenuity heavy belt for 5 divine orbs, went to my hideout and put it in my stash. Within 10 seconds it had completely vanished. Even if I can't get the belt back, I would love if the 5 divine orbs could be refunded because it was half my currency.

While i didnt lose an Ingenuity. I had something similar happen. I lost my ring that i had vaal'd and it was a nice one. My character had a different ring on when i logged in this morning. The vaal'd ring is nowhere to be found.
