POE2) It's a good game, but I can't play it

the support team told me to leave a post on this forum, so I did.
I have not received a response yet....

I cannot proceed with the game in Chapter2
When the spiders started appearing,I was terrified.
What I want is just one thing
I request an option to make the spider graphics invisible
I would be grateful if you could please create an option for this.
