Trial of Chaos - Monster spawned in inaccessible place

Monster spawned on platform during Trial of Chaos, making it unkillable.

I was able to blink upstairs which took the monster down. I then blinked down, which made the platform be stuck permanently downstairs.

I was unable to blink upstairs afterwards or make the platform move up, making it impossible to progress through Trial of Chaos.
