I can’t equip a bow on my weapon slot 2

I’ve been rocking a crossbow and bow throughout the whole game and when I went to switch my bow it won’t let me equip it so I went back to equip my other bow and for some reason I can’t equip it no more even though I’ve been using this bow since the beginning of cruel mode, Act 1

Is this a bug in the game ?
