Frequent Game Crashes and FPS Drops in Path of Exile 2

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding persistent issues I am experiencing while playing Path of Exile 2. Specifically, I encounter frequent game crashes and significant FPS drops when loading various locations within the game.

Issue Details:

Crashes:
Occur during the loading of different maps or locations.
Symptoms include the loading screen gears freezing, followed by either the game crashing or my entire computer shutting down.
FPS Drops:
FPS can drop from around 100 in hideouts to between 30-40 in maps.
The issue is exacerbated when Delirium effects are present on the map.

Troubleshooting Steps I Have Attempted:

Settings Adjustment: Tried various in-game settings adjustments to optimize performance.
Reset Configurations: Reset game settings to default.
Overclocking: Initially experimented with CPU overclocking, but reverted to stock settings to rule out instability.
System Maintenance: Ensured all drivers and the operating system are up to date.
Reinstallation: Reinstalled the game to eliminate potential corrupted files.
Despite these efforts, the issues persist. I am concerned that there might be an underlying compatibility problem or a specific configuration causing these crashes and performance drops.
