Not getting Overseer Atlas points 5-6

I'm currently not getting the overseer atlas points for killing monster level 81 boss.

Doing monster level 81 maps either t15 + Irradiated&Corrupted or t16 - Irradiated/Corrupted but upon killing the boss there is no drop of the atlas book.

I have done several of these maps even a t16 + Irradiated&Corrupted
