Vile Vulture from the Spires of Deshar rubberbands pretty hard

It's been really the only mob that I've seen do it in the game. It'll lunge at you then be teleported backwards to do it again 2 seconds later (approximately accurate time)

So i am not only one who has teleporting vultures :DDD Thankfully its pretty easy to time, but yes its most definetly not intented. |
