Iron Citadel Map is bugged without the Hooded one (POE2)

Like the title says, we were doing Iron Citadel Map, we could not complete it as it clearly needs the Hooded one to kill the boss after you take him down. Either that or it needs re-working into not needing that NPC.

Can we also please have the reset of that specific map when it's fixed, as it is unfair for us (players) not to get the map completed because of an accidental ea mistake?
