Aggorat Act 3 Sound Bug

Shortly after I entered Aggorat and the voice line starts where the guy is talking in that crazy language, I was fighting a group of monsters and I think it was when Herald of Thunder proc'd while the voice line was going off, I lost all ingame sound. The only sound that kept playing was the background music. I opened up a portal and went back to town to see if that would fix it, it actually made it worse, all sound stopped including the background music.

Restarting the game fixed it.

I am a level 45 Deadeye using Lightning Arrow, Lightning Rod, Herald of Thunder and Voltaic Mark if that helps recreate it.
