Trade site not de-listing jewels/waystones that have been sold

This situation has happened to me twice with jewels and twice with waystones. I sell these items that i had listed on trade and then i continue to receive DMs for the same items for multiple days after they are sold. One of the first times it happened, i didn't realize it was the same item I'd already sold until the player joined and i checked my stash to find an empty cell with the purple highlight around it. I tried to put a different item in the same location to see if it would fix the issue and i continued to receive DMs for another day or two until it finally stopped.

Doesn't seem to happen with any other item types and I've sold other jewels and waystones without this happening.

This is not still happening for the current item but i will reply again with a link the next time it does. Thank you for the response.
