Level 82 becomes L81 and vice versa (no double corruption)

It happend to me twice now, that what should have been a Lvl 82 map turned out to be a Lvl 81.

In the first Screenshot you can see that a L82 is coming up, but when i portal into the map its only 81. (the irriaded button is missing but you can see the monster lvl at 82)

Double corruption atlas passive is not active.

It also goes the other way. I had, what i thought, a lvl 80 map, that became 81. The had the corruption-affix but wasnt shown on the map. see screenshots attached. Again, double corruption atlas point is off.
