Account still Locked after hacking

Long story short...

26/12/2024 my account was hacked i immediately email to support
Then 09/01/2025
Manager contacted with me
gave some advices how protect account etc. and he locked my account.

Atm 29/01/2025
Account still locked, support didnt answer on my email, im already change all passwords etc.

So please can someone give me advice how i can recieve feedback from support
cause its already ridicoulus so much time are gone )))
