Tier maps transitions broken

Unable to leave the arena area after the boss is killed. Return portals always are placed on the inside of the arena, so I can't use them to get out boss area. Relogging does not reset the portal location. Leaving the arena requires click the Arena text, which isn't connected to anywhere.
