Ultimatum Elevator bug

After using blink in the direction of the elevator that takes you to the next room, I got teleported on top of it and made it come to the ground floor even though the encounter was not finished and I couldn't advance to the next room.
After I have finished the encounter and I have received the prompt to go to the next room the elevator was also highlighted but it will not activate when I stand on top of it and I can't go to the top floor and advance to the next room.
This happened twice already
